<br />Resolutinn No. 63-235 was introduced by Mr. Leanard. A resolution approving the report
<br />of the Assessment Equalizatian Board on oblections concerning the estimated assessments
<br />for the improvement of North Park Drive in t.he City of North Olmsted by installing
<br />therein a water main. It was moved by Mr. Lennard, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said matinn was as follows?
