MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL
<br />THE CiTY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO
<br />NOVEMBER 12, 1963 - 9:10 P.M.
<br />? Present were Dewey Limpert, President Pro Tem of Councit; Henry Caster, Ralph
<br />James Leonard, A. L. Mangani, Francis J. O'Neill, Norman Van Zandt.

<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr, O'Neill, to suspend the rules and directed the C14_-?:
<br />to read the title only of Ordinance No. 63-236 rather than the entire Ordinance. '"µ"e;)F''

<br />Ordinance No. 63-236 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading only
<br />An ordinance amending Section 1212<01 of Ordiriance No. 62-33 (the Zoning Code of the
<br />City of North Olmsted) as it relates to the size of parking spaces required for oft
<br />street parking and repealing said Section 1212.01.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that Ordinance No. 63-236 be referred to fihg,

<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconced by Mr. O'Neill, to suspend the rules and directed the Cle,k

<br />Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation thereon of cer*.7in
<br />lands containing about ninety-two acres more or less and lying to the east and the so??t",
<br />of the present easterly and southerly limits of the Great Northern Shopping Center a-f-a
<br />hereinafter described by metes and bounds, from its present designation thereon as Mi:xei
<br />Use District to that of General Retail Business District.
