MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />THE CiTY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />NOVEMBER 12, 1963 - 9:10 P.M. <br />? O'Neill, Norman Van Zandt. <br />Also present weree George Schaaf, Law Directoir; Saul Suhr, representative of th? ??e--_?? <br />Northern Shopping Center; Harry C. Nester° and Irving Bartfield, local counsel for y.l)e <br />May Company. <br />Absent: Bruce MacDonald, President of Counci'l. <br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr, O'Neill, to suspend the rules and directed the C14_-?: <br />to read the title only of Ordinance No. 63-236 rather than the entire Ordinance. '"µ"e;)F'' <br />Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 63-236 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading only <br />An ordinance amending Section 1212<01 of Ordiriance No. 62-33 (the Zoning Code of the <br />City of North Olmsted) as it relates to the size of parking spaces required for oft <br />street parking and repealing said Section 1212.01. <br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that Ordinance No. 63-236 be referred to fihg, <br />Planning Commission for their recommendations. Caster, that Ordinance No. 63-237 be referred ea <br />Planning Commission for their recommendations.
