A resolution approving, for <br />r ecQrd purposes only, City Line Estates Subdivision No. 1, and declaring an emergencyo <br />!t was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. 0'Neill, that the statutory rule be <br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put <br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, <br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read the <br />second and third times and put on its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as <br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mdngani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 63-253 Was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading only <br />and referred to the Planning Commission for their recommendations. An ordinance <br />amending section 1171.02 of Ordinance No. 62-33 (the Zoning Code of the City of <br />North Olmsted) relating to permitted buildings and uses in a local retail business <br />district by deleting as a permitted use "ApartmEnt Motel" and repealf,ng said section <br />?171.02. <br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the Public Hearing for Ordinance <br />No. 63-253 be scheduled for January 7, 1964 at 8:00 P.M. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, <br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neilt, Van Zandit. <br />Mr. Mangani read a communication from the Bc?ard of Zoning Appeals regarding the <br />revision of plat for Walter-Maple Subdivision advising that the Board of Zoning Appeals <br />recommend the plat be changed to a 35' set t,ack building line. <br />`Zesidents of the area concerned advised thai: they are in favor of the 35' set back buildinc <br />line rather than shortening the back yard. <br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. 0'Neill, that the Clerk notify the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals that Council approves the variance iin set back in the front yards and not in <br />the back yards. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, t_epnard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Mr. Christman advised that the Public Development and Service Committee would review <br />the Engineer's estimate.for the improvement of Theresa Lane with curbs and gutters. <br />Mr. 0'Neill moved, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the Law Director be directed to <br />prepare legislation authorizing the rate ch-anges for Bus Line employees as recommended <br />by the Service Director. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, <br />Van Zandt. <br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the Law Director be directed to prepare <br />legislation amending Ordinance No. 62-33, Sectipn 1153.04 to read Livable Floor Area <br />in Two Family Residence District as recommended by the Building Commissioner. "Yeas" <br />Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Vir. 0'Neill moved, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the Law Director be directed to <br />prepare legislation authoriz.ing the Service Director to advertise for bids <br />for tires for all of the motor vehicles of the City.
