<br />With r°eference to the abave ordinance, removing the set back line leaves the builder
<br />free to gc to the Zonrng Boarrd of Appeals for variances on each lot, in accordance
<br />with the Planning Committee's recammendations as to set back lines.
<br />Mrs. Hodgins announ?ed a Safety Gommittee meeting for April 16th at 8:00 at City
<br />Hall, and the Cler°lc was instructed to notify all interested persons,
<br />?1r. Leonard made a mot:ion that consideration be given a No Parking Zone on Lorain
<br />Raad from tfie Gounty Line tia a pofnt 1,000 feet east of both si.des of the street
<br />and t.he matt;%-.r referred to the Safety Committee for study. The motion was seconded

<br />will take no action on any liquor transfers presented to them as of this date.

<br />give consideration to changing the name o:E Chestnut Ridge to Bradley Road, in view
<br />of the confusfan that results in mail deliveries, etc.for residents of Chestnut

<br />Mr, Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. L,e.onard, that the Service Director be direct.ed

<br />With regard to the petition presented to Council regarding swimming clubs, Law
<br />Director Kit.chen will wrfte a letter to the petitioners explaining that they should
