<br />After some discussion, the motion was withdrawr., and amended to read that a
<br />separate lettex go to Governor Rhodes, pointing mi1t that this is extremely
<br />important to industrial development in thrs area. Motion as amended was seconded
<br />by Mr, West, "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Liaonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
