<br />Mr. Caster requested that legislation be drawn authorizing th.e Safety-Service
<br />Director to advertise for bids for tarring and chipping the roads< Motion was

<br />Mr. Caster moved that legislation be prepared to accept the improvement plans of
<br />1Voreen on the basis that the deed for t:he land to be donated ta the City be
<br />accepted before legislation is presente:d, Motion was seccanded bq Mr. Mangani.

<br />Mr. West requested the Legislative Committee and Law Director to research and
<br />find if there is some method of restrir.ting some £orms af commercfal estabiish--
<br />qients, taverns, gas stations, used car lats, ete.
<br />A di.scussion was held on the possibilit:y of limiting the use of North Olmsted
<br />Park to residents only, but no satisfactor°y answer was rearhed.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Cast:er, that the Beverly Hills Subdivision
<br />Na. 2 be amended to include the re-subdivisfon„ This change has already been
<br />referred to the Planning Commifision, "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, L:eanard, Limpert,.
