<br />Mr> Caster then moved to amend the above motion to read as follows: That the pcr_p
<br />perty owners as set forthin the memorandum of the Safety-Service Director t}e put.
<br />on notice that the Gity requrres the property owners to cut the noxious weeds, and
<br />that in the event they fai1 ?:o do so within five days after receipt of notiee, the
<br />City will have the noxious weEds cut and will charge the property owner for the
<br />cost of same. Motion was seconded by Mr, Van Zan.dt, "Yeas" Caster, Hpdgins,
