<br />A special meeting af the Gs»uncil at' the Cr.ty of North O2msted was called by t.?e
<br />President of Cnuncil, Francis J. O'Nei1:L for August 3, 1964 at. 9:00 P.M.
<br />The meeting was called to rarder at 9;25 P.M. and roll was called.
<br />Present were: Mayar Ralph Christmari, President of t;nuncil Franeis J. O'Neill;
<br />Henry Caster; Vi.rgi.nia Hodgins; .James Le:canard; A. L. Mangani; Ncarman Van Zandt;

<br />Absent: Dewey Limpert,
<br />Also present: J. Bruce Ki.tcrcen, Director of Law; D, E. Limpert, Director of Publir
<br />Service and Public Safety; Richard Labas, City Engineer; Margaret West, Clerk.
<br />The Clerk of Council, Margaret West, stated that all members of Council had received
<br />nolziee of the speeial meeting twenty-four hours in advance, and that she had delivered
<br />them personally.
<br />Resolution No. 64-166 -- A Resolution aut;horizing the Director of Public Service an<_i
<br />Public 3afety to advertise for bids for portable truck seales for use taithin the
<br />Gity of North Olmsted was up for its fini31 reading. Mr. Caster moved, seconded
<br />by Mr. Leonard, that the rule requiring ithe reading of the resolution in full be
<br />suspended. Affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard,
<br />Mangani, Van Zandt, West, Mr, Leonard then moved that the resolution be adopted,
<br />and the motion was seconded by Mr. West. The affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />foliows: Caster, Hodgi.ns, Lennard, Mangani, Van Zattdt, West4
<br />Resolution Nn. 64-167 - A Resoluti.on amending Resolution No. 63-137, e.nac ied _Txil y
<br />2, 1967, anri enti.tled, "A 4zesoI'1Cf.r,n appr°aving, for record purposes only the prrvo--
<br />posed subdivision known as Beverly Hills Subdivision No. 2, and declaring an
<br />emergeney", was up for its final reading. Mr. Mangani. moved, seconded by Mi-<
<br />Caster that the rule requixing the reading of the resolution in £u11 be suspended.
<br />Affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Mangani,
<br />Van Zandt, West, Mr, Mangani t.hen moved that the, resolution be edopted, and th$R-
<br />motion was seconded by Mr, Gaster. The affirmative vote thereon was as fnilr.w<?

<br />final reading, Or. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the rule reqiairinp-
<br />the reading of the resolution in full be ;suspended. Affirmative vote thereon was
<br />as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Mailgani, Van Zandt, West. Mr. Mangani.
<br />then made a motion, seconded by Mr. West, that the resolution be adopted. The
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Mangani,
<br />Van Zandt, West.
