<br />and Public Safety to advertise for bids for culyert pipe;to install said culvert
<br />pipe in the drainage ditch adjacent to T.ansing Drive; ta fill and grade said
<br />drainage ditch after installation of all o€ the culvert pipe; and declaring an
<br />emergeney, was introduced by Mr, Leonard. Mr, Leonard then made a motion, seconded
<br />by Mr. Mangani, that the rule requiring that the resolution be read in fuli be
<br />suspended. Aff.irmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard,
<br />Mangani, Van Zandt, West. Mr, Leonard the,n moveo that the rule requiring three
