<br />Resolution Noe 64-182 was introducsad by Mrs. Hodgins, A Resolution authoriz-
<br />ing the Director of Pu.blic Service to advertise far bids for five hundred tons

<br />emergency. Mrs, Hodgins then made a motion, secanded by Mr. Mangani, that
<br />the rule requiring three separate readings of the resolution be suspended.
