An Ordinance authorizing an(j <br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 231-17-8 <br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved that the rule requixing <br />three separate readings of the ordinance be suspended. An ordinance fixing the compensa- <br />' tion 'of the,,members of Couneil of 'the Cit;y to be elected, and declaring an emergeney. <br />Mr, West moved for suspension of'the ru2e requiring three separate readings of t.he- <br />ordinance, seconded by Mr, Caster, Vote -thereon was affirmative: Caster, Foltz, <br />Hodgins, Mangani, West; opposed, Leonard, Limpert.
