<br />After some discussion, it was agreed that in the letter of transmittal, it be
<br />suggested to the State that the possibility of widening the present Golumbia Road
<br />be studied as an alternative to the proposed relocation,
<br />Ordinance No. 64-238 was introduced by Mr, Caster. An Ordinance amending Ordinance
<br />No. 64-23, enacted January 24, 1964 (Codified Ordinance of the Gity of North
<br />Olmsted, Title V, Ghapter 133, Section 1321,01) entitled: "An Ordinance amending
<br />Codified Ordinance No. 1321.01 specifying General Building Fees and governing
<br />Gontractor Registration, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved, seconded
<br />by Mr. Mangani, that the rule requiring three separate readings nf the ordinancE>
<br />be suspended. Affirmative vote thereon was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leanard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West, Mr. Caster then mAVed that the rule requiring the ordinance be.
<br />read in its entirety be suspended. Motion was seconded by Mr. Manganf, an3 the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani.

<br />Resolution No. 64-239 was introduced by :Mr. Caster. A Resolution aecepting the
<br />improvement plan for the eight inch water main to be installed on Reed Drive frc,m
<br />? Georgette Avenue to Michael Avenue a distance of approximately 413 feet, and
<br />declaring an emergency, Mr. Caster movei3 for suspension of the rule requiring
<br />three separate readings of the resolutioin. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani,
