<br />ordinance to be read in its entirety be suspended, seconded by Mr, West.

<br />Mr. Mangani suggested that a aoint meeting be held on hi-rise development,
<br />with the Planning Commission, Couneil and all developers interested in
<br />hf-rise construction, City Planning Committee will take responsiblity for
<br />setting up a meeting, publicizing it, and notifying everyone concerned.
<br />Mr. Leonard announced that the Public A1tilities Committee will meet an
<br />Monday, October 26 at 7:30.
<br />Mr, West annouriced a meeting of the Finance Committee on Tuesday, October
<br />27 at 8:00 P.M.
<br />Mr, Limpert requested a combined meeting of Finance and Transportatfon on
<br />October 27 at 8:00.
<br />Mr. Caster moved that the Law Direetor prepare legfslation authorizing the
<br />Safety-Service Director to advertise for bids for tfres and for recapping
