<br />T"he special meeting of the Gouncil of the C'ity of Nc,rth Olmsted wav called
<br />to order by the President for the purpose of considering the fc,Tlowing
<br />legislation: An Ordinance autharizing the issuance of a note in anticipation
<br />of the issuance of bonds and of the levy and collection of special assessments
<br />to pay the property owners' portion and the cify's portion of the cost of
<br />canstructing certain sidewalks and appurtenant facilaties in said citye
<br />Ro11 was then calledo
<br />Present; Mayor Ralph Christman, President of Counci1 F'ran,cis J, O'Neill;
<br />Henry Caster; Jack Foltz; Virginia Hodgins; James Leonard; IDewey Liznpert;
<br />A, L. Mangani; John West,
<br />Alsc present: J. Bruce Kitchen, Director of Law; Margaret West, Clerk,
<br />Mre Mangani moved that the minutes show that all members of Council were
<br />duly and legally notified accordzng tca the provisions of the Charter twenty-
<br />four hours in advance of the meeting. Mution caac seconded by Mr. Gaster.

<br />Ordinance No> 64-256 was introduced by Ndr, Gastere An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the issuance of a note, in anticipatican o£ the fssuance of bonds and of the
<br />levy and collection of special assessments to pay the property owners` por-
<br />tion and the city's portion of the cost of consf:ructing rertain sfdewalks and
<br />appurtenant facilities in said city, and dec.laring an emergency, Mr. Caster
<br />than moved that the rule requiring tfiree, separate reada.ngs of the ordinance
<br />be suspended, Motion was seconded by Mr, Falt.z. Affirmatrve vote thereon
<br />was Gaster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Lirripert, Mangani., West Mr, Gaster then
<br />moved, seconded by Mr, Foltz, for suspension of the rule requiring the ordinance
<br />tc, be read in full. Affirmative vote thereon was C°aster, F°oltz, Hodgins,
<br />LeQnard, Limpert, Mangani, West, Mr, Caster then maved far adcptfon of the
