<br />Ordinance No,64-263 was introduced by Mr. Caster, An Ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of speciai assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 232-3-2
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary
<br />sewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspensfon of the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mrs, Hodgirts.
<br />Affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Manganf, West. Mr, Caster then moved for suspension of the rule requiring the
<br />reading of the ordinance in its entirety, seconded by Mrs, Hodgins, Affirmative
<br />vote was as follows; Gaster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West,
<br />Mr, Gaster then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mrs, Hodginse

<br />Mre Caster reported that his committee has reviewed the rate f.or the package
<br />plant in North Park Subdivision and it is in the process of being revised and
<br />corrected. When this has been done, the Committee will make its recommendation
<br />to the Law Direetor,
<br />Mr, Mangani made a motion that the Law Director be request.ed to draw up legis-
<br />lation approving for re.cord purposes only the plat of Bretton Ridge #3, Motion
<br />was seconded by Mr. Cast.er, with "yeas" as follows: Caster, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Wect,
<br />Mr, Mangani then moved that the Law Direetor be requested to draw up legislation
<br />approving Beverly Hills Park Subdivision Noo 2 extension, for record purposes
<br />only. Motion was seconded by Mr. Gaster, with "Byeas" as follows: Caster,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins9 Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Weste
<br />The Safety-Service Director's re.quest for 1,000 gallon grease traps on all
<br />food establishments was referred to the Legislative Committee for study.
<br />The request from the Safety-Service Director to change the title of the Street
<br />Commissioner to Superintendent of Public Works was also referred to the
<br />Legislative Committee.
<br />Mr, Limpert made a motzon that the necessary steps be taken to get under way
<br />on the library buflding project, and that the Law Director be notified to
<br />start the procedure neeessary to get a favorable decision from the Appeilate
