MINUTES 0F SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY 0F NOR'I'H OLMSTED <br />December 8, 1964 <br />7?Gr0 P,M? <br />A special meetfng of tihe Council was called by the Mayor Ralph E. Christman <br />for December 8, 1964 at 7:30 P.M. at Cfty Hall, <br />The meeting was called to order at 7040 P.M. and roll was called. <br />Present were; President of Council Francis J. 0'Neill; ,Jack Foltz; Virginia <br />Hodgins; James Leonard9 Dewey Limperts A. L. Manganiy John West; Mayor Christman, <br />Also presente Margaret West., Clerk of Council <br />Absent: Hensy Caster <br />The Clerk of Coaancil, Margaret West, stated that all members of Council had re- <br />ceived notice of the special meeting more than twenty-four hours in advance, and <br />that she had delivered them persmnally< <br />Council was then polled by the President of Council, and each councilman scknow- <br />ledged that he had been notified twenty-four hours in advance of the special <br />meeting. <br />Mayor Christman expTained the reasons it was necessary to call the special <br />4D meeting for consicleration of legislation to appropriate land for an easement <br />in connection with the sewer program, <br />Mr. Caster is now presento <br />Resolution No. 64-320 was inttraduced by Mr. Limpert. A Resolution declaring the <br />intent to appropriate and to take immediate possession of property necessary for <br />the Zone Three Sewer Program of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency . Mr. I,impert then made a motfon to suspend the rule requiring three <br />separate readings of tYte resolutionm Motfon was seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirma- <br />tive vote thereon was as follaws: Caster, Foltz, Ii.odgins, Leonard, Limpert, <br />Mangani, Westo Mre L,impert then made a motion to suspend the rule requiring <br />that the resolutaon be read gn its entirety. Motfon was seconded by Mr. Foltz. <br />Affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Castere Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, <br />Mangani, West, Mr, Limpert then moved for adoption of the resolution. Motion was <br />seconded by Mr, Foltz, and the affirmative vote thereon was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, <br />Leonard, Limpert9 Mangana, Weste <br />There being no further business to consider, the meeting was adjourned to the <br />call of the clerk at 7e51, <br />Margaret , West, Clerk of Council Francis J. 0'Ne° 1, President of Council <br />.. . ? , ?. <br />? .
