<br />Y°tetng 1, 2 and 3, setting up aservice charge of $7,50 to be paid by all
<br />property ourners coannecting to the systiem; a ussa charge of $4,00 per mcnnth
<br />for a11 tenants conmected to the syet.em; and a benef ft charge of $1.00 per
<br />mont'tt for all praperty ownea•s nat connected to the eqetem, but awning property
