<br />Ordinance No. 66-3i5 was infiroduced by Mr. West. An Ord?lnance to transfer
<br />appropriations and to make additionai appropriations for current expenses
<br />and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the fiscal
<br />year endinq December 31, ?966, ard declaring an emergency, Mr, Wesfi moved

<br />Mr. Mangani requested that iegislaTiori be drawn i`or the rezoniny cf the annexed
<br />land to "A" Residence District.
<br />Mr. Mangani requested that legislation be drawn on the Mitcheil Drive problems.
<br />Mr. Mangani requested that legislatior be prepared for the additional ten fieet
<br />of dedicated right of way feading into the Spruce Schooi sitey to be on an
<br />emergency basis.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved that a thirty-day extensicn be granted the Planning Commis-
<br />sion for further study of Lorain Mutual !nnvestmert and Brookhauser Development.

<br />Mr. West requested that legisiation be drawn up authorizinq the Mayor to
<br />enter into a contract wifih Cuyahoga County Health Districf as outlined in
<br />their cortract dated Ocfiober 25, 1966.
<br />Mr. West requested that emergency iegisVation be drawn aufihorizing the Safety-
<br />Service Director to advertfse for bids for a generator for the Dover Center
<br />Lift STation,
