<br />Ordinance No. 66-263 was introduced by Mr. Eian. An Urdinance authcrizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcei Noa 237-
<br />20-32, being an assessment for preparatlon of plans and speciflcatforis for
<br />sanitary sewers, and declaring an emergency, Mr. Eian moved for suspension of
<br />the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert, Affirma-
<br />tive vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limperfi, Manganio Mr. Eian then
<br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani.

<br />and directing the cancellation of speciai assessments on Permanent Parcel No,
<br />231-8-60 being an assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer laterai, and
<br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative •vote was Caster,
<br />Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani. Mr. Limpert then moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. Foltz. Aftirmative vote was Caster, Elan, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani.
