An Urdinance authcrizing and <br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcei Noa 237- <br />20-32, being an assessment for preparatlon of plans and speciflcatforis for <br />sanitary sewers, and declaring an emergency, Mr. Eian moved for suspension of <br />the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert, Affirma- <br />tive vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limperfi, Manganio Mr. Eian then <br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert.
