<br />Ordinance No. 66-274 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />231-29-4 being an assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral, and
<br />decfaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for suspension of the rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster,
<br />Eian, Foltz, Nodgins, Limpert, Mangani. Mr. Mangani then moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foitz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani.

<br />the rule rsquiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr.
