Page 8- June 7, 1966 <br />Ordinance No. 66-149 was introduced by Mr. Manqani, qiven lts first readinq <br />and referred to the Planning Commission. An Ordinance amending the Zone Map <br />adopted as part of the Ordinance No. 66-32 (known as the Zoninq Code of the <br />City of North Olmsted) bychanging the designation thereon ot certain land <br />from its present designation thereon as Retail Business General to B ReSSd2nCe <br />5ingle. Mr. Mangani announced that the public hearing on the zoning changes <br />in Ordinance Nos. 66-148 and 66-149 would be held on July 19, 1966 <br />Resolution No. 66-150 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resoluticn declaring <br />the necessity of constructing certain sidewalks on Dover Center Road ar,d <br />Kennedy Ridge Road in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, requiring that abut- <br />fiing property owners construct the same, and declaring an emergency, Mro Caster <br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded <br />by Mr. Limpert, Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, <br />Mangani, West. Mr. Caster moved for adoption of the resolution, seconded by <br />Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, <br />Mangani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 66-151 was introduced by Mr. Foltz. An Ordinance authorizirg arid <br />directinq the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. <br />235-13-38 being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications <br />for sanltary sewers, and declaring an emerqency. Mr. Foltz moved for suspen- <br />sion of the rule requirinq three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Castera <br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodqins, Limpert, Manqani, Westo <br />Mr. Foltz moved for adoption of the ordfnance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirma- <br />tive vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Mr. West west inquired what progress was being made in reviewing the Sign <br />Ordinance, and the Clerk was instructed to check with the Pianning Commission, <br />Mr. West requested that a note ordinance to raise money for library construr_tior; <br />be drawn, on an emergency basis. <br />Mr. West requested that legislation be prepared authorizing bids for an all- <br />purpose vehicle for the Fire Department. <br />Mr. West asked for legislation to be drawn on an emerqency basis transferrinq <br />funds to take care of the Dover Road right-of-way for sidewalks. <br />Mr. West asked that legislation be drawn increasing the Dog Warden's pay to <br />$125 per month. <br />Mr. West requested that the Finance Committee be given an opportunity to find <br />money to improve our speaker sy§tem. <br />Mr.Foltz requested that emergency legislatlon be prepared to amend the Traffic <br />Code coverinq squealing tires, etc. He submitted a sample ordinance for <br />the Law Director's information. <br />? .? :
