<br />Ordinance No. 65-329 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing and
<br />direeting the cancellation of.special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />232-29-6 being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for
<br />sanitary sewers, and declarrng an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspenslon of
<br />the rule requiring th,ree separate readings of the ordinance, seeonded by Mr.
<br />Leonard. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, LeQnard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of fihe ordinance, seconded by Mc. Leonard.

<br />being an assessment for construction of a sidewalk, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Leonard moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings of

<br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring
<br />three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote
<br />was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Limpert then
