An Ordinance authorizing and <br />direeting the cancellation of.special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. <br />232-29-6 being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for <br />sanitary sewers, and declarrng an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspenslon of <br />the rule requiring th,ree separate readings of the ordinance, seeonded by Mr. <br />Leonard. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, LeQnard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of fihe ordinance, seconded by Mc.
