December 21st, 1965 - Page 5 <br />Mr. Kitchen is now present, and upon being questioned by President 0'Neill <br />as to the status of legislation on CATV, advised that in a conversation <br />the day before with Mr. Neiswander, Mr. Kitchen had advised that the sample <br />ordinance submitted contained both the contract and the franchise grant, <br />and that the two would have to be separate, with the franchise being <br />granted first, and then the contract entered into. He advised what changes <br />would have to be made in the legislation. The Council would have to approve <br />the contract. Mr. Kitchen said he was working on it, and would probably <br />have it ready before the next Council meeting. <br />Ordinance No. 65-296 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An.Ordinance amending Section <br />509.06 of the North 0lmsted Codified Ordi-nances, entitled "Riot" and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate <br />readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote was Caster, <br />Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Manganl, Wesfis Mr. Limpert then moved for <br />adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. West. An Ordinance amending Section <br />333.03 of the North Olmsted Traffic Code, entitled "Speed Limitations; assured <br />clear distance ahead,"*and declaring an emergency.
