J. <br />0'Neill for September 22, 1965 at 7:30 P.M. at. City Halle <br />Present: Mayor Ralph Christman; President df Gouncil Francis J. 0'Nebll; ,7ack <br />Foltz; Virginia Hodginsy James Leonard; Dewey Limpert; A. L. Manganis <br />Absent: Henry Castery ,Tohn Westa <br />Council was polled by the President of Coaxncil, and each eoaancilman acknowledged <br />ithat he had been notified twenty-four haurs fn advance of the speciaI meeting, <br />Ordinance No. 65-217 was given its third reading and read in its entirety. Prn- <br />viding for the issuance of $123,000 Second Mortgage Sewerage System Revenue <br />Bonds, of the City of North Olmsted under Section 12, Article XVIII of the Consti- <br />tution of the State of Ohio for the purpose of constructing improvements to the <br />Municipal Sanitary Sewerage System; to atathorize the executfon of a mortgage <br />of said system and the extensions and improvements thereto, and the revenues <br />thereof to secure said bonds; to define the terms nf a franchise°under which, <br />in case of foreclosure, the purchaser may operate said system; and to provide, <br />in event of default, for the appointment of a receiver to administer said <br />system. <br />Mr. Mangani moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr, Foltz, Affirma- <br />tive vote thereon was Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Manganf. Opposed was Leonard. <br />The motion passed. <br />Mr. Limpert moved to excuse the absences of Mr. Gaster and Mr. West, seconded by <br />Mr. Leonard, "Yeas" Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Manganf. <br />Mr. Limpert moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Leonard, Affirmative vote <br />thereon was Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />Meeting was adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 8:15 P.M. <br /> <br />Margaret D West, Clerk of Council Francis J.
