<br />Mayor Christman adviaed Council that with regard to Otcdinance 65-217, we are in a
<br />position to emove ahead with the eonstraacti.on of the lift stata.on, if this ordinance
<br />could be passed. He asked Council to consider a special meeting in the very near
<br />f uture for the thYrd reading of the ordinance.
<br />After consultation with other Council members, President 0'Neill set a special meeting
<br />of Council for Wednesday, September 22, at 7030 at the Gity Hall, to consider passage
<br />of Ordinance No. 65-217 providing for the issuance of $123,000 Second Mortgage Sewerage
<br />System Revenue Bonds, of the City of Nmrth Olmsted under Section 12, Artiele XVIII
<br />of the Canstitution of the State of Ohio for the purpose of constructing improvements
<br />to the Municipal Sanitary Sewerage System; to authorize the execution of a mortgage
<br />of said system and the extensions and improvements theret6, and the revenues thereof to
<br />secure said bonds; to define the terms of a fx°anctiise rxnder which, in case of foreclosure
<br />the purchaser may opErate said system; and to provide, in event of default9 for the
<br />appointment of a receiver to administer said systeme
