Limpert, Safety-Service Director; <br />Louise Hall, Deputy Clerk. <br />Presadent 0'Neill asked that Couracel be polled that they were notified more than twenty- <br />four hours in advance of the special meeting by written notice; that they received copies <br />of the legislation more than twenty-four hours in advance of the spec+al meeting, and that <br />the agenda as stated in advance was as follows: <br />Resoiution No. 65-191, A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement <br />with the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County and to sign all r+ecessary <br />documents for the repair of Clague Road between Lorain Road and MaStick Road and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 65-192e Authorizing the purchase of certain real property for the <br />expansion of the City Hall facilities, and declaring an.emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 65-193a An ordinance approving and authorizing the leasing of a <br />municipai library building and site thereof to the Cuyahoga County library, providing <br />for the approval of plans and specifications of the building to be constructed under <br />the terms of said lease and declaring an emergency, <br />Ordinance No. 65-194. An ordinance authorizing the issuance of $320,000.00 of library <br />building bonds of the City of North Olmsted; Cuyahoga County, Ohio for the purpose of <br />constructing, equipping and furnishing a fr°ee public tibrary building and improving the <br />site thereof, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 65-195• An ordinance repealing Ordinance No, 65-90 passed April 20, 1965, <br />eititled "An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a lease with Cuyahoga County <br />Library Board for library purposes for the City of North Olmsted, and deciaring an <br />emergency", and declaring an emergeneyo <br />Ordinance No. 65-196. An ordinance adopting the official flag of the City of North <br />Olmsted and declaring an emergeney, <br />Each member acknowledged receipt of the abovee <br />Resolution No. 65-191 was introduced by Mr. Manganio A resolution authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into an agr°eement with the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga <br />County and to sign all neeessary documents for the repa+r of Clague Road between <br />Lorain Road and Mastick Road and declaring an emergency< It was moved by Mr. Mangani, <br />seconded by Mr. West, that the s-ule requiring three separate readings be suspended. <br />Affirmative vote was Foltz, Hociginsj Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Weste It was moved by <br />? Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mre Weste that the rule requiring reading of the resolution in <br />its entirety be suspended. Affirmative vote was Foltz, Hodg+ns, Leonard, Limpert, <br />Mangani, West. Mr. Mangani than moved for adoptiorr of the resolution, seconded by Mr. <br />West. Affirmative vote was Foltz, Hodgins, leonard, Limper°tA Mangani, West.
