COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />?x July 15, 1965 <br />12:02 A.M. <br />Present: President of Council Francis J. 0'Neill; Henry Caster; <br />Virginia Hodgins; James Leonard; Dewey Limpert; A. L. Mangani; <br />John West. <br />Absent: Jack Foltz <br />President 0'Neill requested that Council be polled that they <br />were notified more than twenty-four hours in advance of the <br />special meeting, that they waive written notice of such <br />meeting and that the agenda as stated in advance was as <br />follows: <br />65-170 - Dedication of Walter-Maple Subdivision (second reading) <br />65-171 - Dedication of Welsh Subdivision (second reading) <br />65-172 - Certificate by Fiscal Off icer on life of pool bonds <br />(third reading) <br />65-173 - To submit question of pool bonds to electors (third <br />reading) <br />65-174 - To employ special counsel for pool bond issue (third <br />reading) <br />Each member acknowledged the above. <br />Ordinance No. 65-170 was given its second reading and read in <br />full, An Ordinance accepting for dedication South Oxford Oval <br />from Walter Road to East Oxford Oval, East Oxford Oval from <br />South Oxford Oval to North Oxford Oval, North Oxford Qval from <br />East Oxford Oval to West Oxford Oval, West Oxford Oval from <br />North Oxford Oval to South Oxford Oval, <br />Ordinance No. 65-171 was given its second reading and read in <br />full, An Ordinance accepting for dedication West 230th Street of <br />which 568.25 feet is in Leeland Subdivision Noi 3 recorded in <br />Volume 165, page 35, and the remainder of which is from a point <br />568,25 feet south of Alexander Road, south to a point which is <br />2 feet north of the southerly boundary line of the Welsh Subdivision, <br />Resolution No. 65-172 was given its third reading and read in f ull. <br />Requesting the Fiscal Officer of the City to certify as to the <br />estimated life of usefulness and maximum maturity of bonds to be <br />issued for constructing and equipping an indoor swimming pool <br />together with the appurtenances thereto, including acquisition <br />and improvement of the site thereof. Mr. West moved for adoption <br />of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caster, Affirmative vote was <br />Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. The Clerk than <br />presented the Fiscal Officer's Certificate, as requested, which <br />had been furnished by the Finance Director. <br />
