MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />July 14, 1965 <br />11:24 P.M. <br />Present: President of Council Francis J. 0'Neill; Henry Caster; <br />Virginia Hodgins; James Leonard; Dewey Limpert; A. L. Mangani; <br />John West, <br />Absent: Jack Foltz. <br />President 0'Neill requested that Council be polled that they <br />were notif ied more than twenty-four hours in advance of the <br />special meeting, that they waive written notice of such meeting <br />and that the agenda as stated in advance was as follows: <br />Second reading of 65-172 - Certificate of Fiscal Officer on <br />lif e:of pool bonds; second reading of 65-173 - To submit <br />question of pool bonds to electors; second reading of 65-174 - <br />To employ special counsel f or pool bond issue. <br />Each member acknowledged the above. <br />Resolution No. 65-172 was given its second reading and read in <br />full. Requesting the Fiscal Officer of the City to certify as to <br />the estimated life of usefulness and maximum maturity of bonds <br />to be issued for constructing and equipping an indoor swimming <br />pool together with the appurtenances thereto, including acquisi- <br />, <br />t ion and improvement of the s ite thereof. <br />Resolution No. 65-173 was given its second reading and read in <br />full. Determining to submit to the electors of the City of North <br />Olmsted the question of issuing bonds for the purpose of construct- <br />ing and eiquipping an indoor swimming pool together with the <br />appurtenances thereto, including acquisition and improvement of the <br />site thereof. <br />Resolution No. 65-174 was g iven its second reading and read in <br />full. An Ordinance authorizing the employment of special counsel to <br />prepare and supervise proceedings for submission to electors of a <br />bond issue and sale of such bonds to finance constructing and <br />equipping an indoor swimming pool together with the appurtenances <br />thereto, including acquisition and improvement of the site thereof. <br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. West, that Mr. Foltz' absence <br />be excused, "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West, <br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the meeting be <br />adjciurned, "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />The meeting was adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 1I:48 P.M. <br />Margaret T West, Clerk of Council Francis J. 0'Neill esident of Council <br />a .?o v aR,P . .rca: <br />??.:?.. . . . ? ... _.. . .. ... .. ... .. . .. .
