<br />Mr, Leonard moved that legislation be drawn to put the question of repeal of
<br />Ordinance No. 65-43 on the ballot in November. Motion was seconded by Mr,
<br />Mangani, "Yeas'° Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />Mr, Caster moved that legislation be prepared to accept Welsch Subdivision for
<br />dedication. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins,

<br />Mr. Caster moved that legislation be prepared to accept Walter-Maple
<br />Subdivision for dedication. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani. "Yeas"
<br />Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani.
<br />Mr. Caster moved that legfslatian be prepared to release a sidewalk bond in
<br />the amount of $7,500 from Pacer Construction Company in Stoneybrook, and
<br />accept in lieu thereof a bond for $2,500. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani.
<br />Upon advice of the Law Director that the Engineer could properly accomplish
<br />this by lowering the required amount of the bond, and that no legislation was
<br />necessary, Mr. Caster withdrew his motion, and Mr. Mangani withdrew his
<br />second,
<br />Mrs. Hodgins announced a meeting of the Safety Couar?ittee at 7:15 Monday, July
<br />12th.
<br />President 0'Neill announced that he was calling a special meeting of Council
<br />for Tuesday, July 13, at 8v00 P,M.
<br />It was requested that the matter af an indefinite mutual aid agreement with
<br />North Ridgeville be put mn the agenda for the meeting July 13th.
<br />Mr, Caster announced there would be a meeting of the Public Servfce and
<br />Development Coromittee after the Council meeting on July 13th,
<br />Safety-Servfce Director Limpert announced that if Council would be interested
<br />he would take thear on a tour of the city Saturday, July lOth at 9;00 A.M.
<br />Mr, Limpert moved that the absence of Mr. Foltz and Mr. West be excused. N1otion
<br />was seconded by Mr, Leonard. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani.
<br />Mr, Leonard moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr, Limpert.

<br />The meeting was adjourned to the call of the clerk at 9:50 P.M.
