rlk <br />r <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />June 24, 1965 <br />7:40 P.M. <br />A special meeting of the Council was called by the members of Council for <br />June 24, 1965 at 7:30 P.M. at City Hall. <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. and roll was called <br />Present: President of Council Francis J. 0'Neill; Henry Caster; Jack Foltz; <br />Virginia Hodgins; James Leonard; Dewey Limpert; A. L. Mangani; John West. <br />Also present: Margaret West, Clerk of Council, <br />Council was polled by the President of Council, and each councilman acknowledged <br />that he had been notified twenty-four hours in advance of the special meeting. <br />Resolution No. 65-148 was on second reading. A Resolution approving the report <br />of the Assessment Bqualization Board on objections concerning the estimated <br />assessments for the construction of sanitary sewers with requisite appurten- <br />ances in Sunset Oval and other streets. Mr. Caster moved for suspension of <br />the rule requiring three aeparate readings of the resolution, seconded by <br />Mr, Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, <br />Mangani, West. Mr. Caster then moved for suspension of the rule requiring <br />reading of the resolution in its entirety, seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirma- <br />tive vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Mr. Caster then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative <br />vote thereon was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 65-149 was on second reading. An ordinance determining to pro- <br />ceed with the construction of sanitary sewers with requisite appurtenances in <br />Sunset Oval and other streets herein designated. Mr. Caster moved for sus- <br />pension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded <br />by Mr, Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, <br />Mangani, West, Mr, Caster then moved for suspension of the rule requiring <br />reading of the ordinance in its entirety, seconded by Mr, Mangani. Affirmative <br />vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Caster <br />then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative <br />vote thereon was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Resolution No. 65-150 was introduced by Mr, Caster. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Mayor to agree to an assignment of the contract between the City of Northh <br />Olmsted and Plumb Construction Company, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Leonard moved that Council waive the requirement for twenty-four hours notice <br />of this legislation being on the agenda, seconded by Mr. West. "Yeas" Caster <br />Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr, Caster then moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the resolution, <br />seconded by Mr, Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, <br />Limpert, Mangani, West, Mre Caster then moved for suspension of the rule re- <br />quiring reading of the ordinance in its entirety, seconded by Mr. Mangani. <br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
