MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />June 22, 1965 <br />7:40 P.M. <br />A special meeting of the Council was called by Mayor Ralph Chriatman for <br />June 22, 1965 at 7:30 P.M. at City Hall <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:42 and roll was called. <br />Preaent: Mayor Ralph Christman; President of Council Francis J. 0'Neill; <br />Henry Caster; Virgida Hodgins; James Leonard; A. L. Mangani; John West. <br />Also present: Clerk of Council Margaret West. <br />Absent: Jack Foltz; Dewey Limpert <br />The Clerk of Council, Margaret West, stated that all members of Council had <br />received notice of the special meeting more. than twenty-four houre in <br />advance. <br />Council was then polled by the President of Council, and each councilman <br />acknowledged that he had been notified twenty-four hours in advance of the <br />apecial meeting, <br />Reaolution No, 65-68 was given ite third reading and reAd in its entirety <br />by Mr. Caeter, A Reaolution accepting the improvement plana for Lauann <br />cl-I Drive and Angela Drive in the Terrace Fstates. Mr. Caeter moved for <br />adoption of the reaolution, aeconded by Mr. Mangani. Aff irmative vnte <br />thereon was Caster, Hodgfne, Leonard, Mangani, West, <br />Resolution No. 65-14? was introduced by Mr. Caeter and given its firet <br />reading. A Resolution agproving the report of the Aesesement Equitlization <br />Board on objectiona concerning the estimated asaesaments for the conffitruc- <br />tion of sanitary sewers with requiaite appurtenances in Suneet Oval alnd <br />other streete. <br />Ordinance No. 65-140 was introduced by Mr. Caster and put on first reading. <br />An ordinance determining to proceed with the conetruction of eanitary <br />eewers with requisite appurtenances in Suneet Oval ond other streets <br />herein designated. <br />There being no further busineae for diacueeian, Mr. Weet moved for adjourn- <br />ment, seconrled by Mr. Caster.
