<br />An ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to amend Sectfon 517,05 of the Nortlzi OTmsted
<br />General Offenses Code: entitled, 'Notice to cut weeds, construvt, repair or
<br />clean sidewalks, abate nuisances,' and to enact new Section 517,055, and declar-
<br />ing an emergency°" was discussed at some lengtn lzy Councal, and referred to
<br />the Legislative Cmmmittee for further study,
<br />Ordinance No. 65-140 was introduced by Mr. Mangani, An Ordinance enacting
<br />Sectfon 50-%09 of the North Olmsted General Offenses9 entitled, °°Animal Bites;
<br />Quarantine and reporting," and declari.ng an emergency, Mr. Mangani mmved
<br />for suspension of the rule requiring three separate reaclings of the ardinance,,
