<br />? had not been taken care of< The deposit has now been submitted, baxt the bond
<br />not posted. He asked from the Law Direetor whether it caulcl be given third
<br />reading so that the developer could start,
<br />Mr. Kitchen advised that the Plat#zng Ordinance requires that a bond be filed.
<br />Mr. Labas commented that a performance bond is not requirecl to be posted before
<br />Council approval, but is required before construction can bEgin, so that
<br />Council could take actfon now,
<br />Resolution No. 65-99 was then read in ftxll by Mr. Gaster, Mr, Gaster then
<br />moved for adoption of the resolution, seconded by Mr. Manganio Afffrmative
<br />vote thereon was Gaster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West,
<br />Mr, West inquired as to what actfon could be taken with reference to Mr,
<br />Bauer and hfs gas laghts in Beverly Hills, since he seemingly had ignored
<br />Council's request to appear, Mayor Christman offered to try tc arrange a
<br />meeting.
<br />Mr, Foltz moved that legislation be prepared x°equfrfng the grounding of
<br />metai veneers, in accordance with the recommendatfon of the Boarsi of Building
