<br />entitled "Livable Floor Area Requirements°", was intraducsd by Mr, Mangani.
<br />After considerable discussimn, it was placed on first reading, and referred
<br />toC'Fhg Planning Committee for review, and consideration mf including a change
<br />ifi required lot sizes. It is also to be included in the public hearing set
<br />for May 6th,

<br />7:30 on April 8th, and sequeste3 the Clerk ta so notif? the Chairman of the
<br />Planning Commission and his committee on this particular problem. The Clerk

<br />232-3-20 and applying said prepaid water assessment to the correct and intended
<br />Permanent Parcel No, 232-3-40, and declarfng an emergency. Mr. Leonard moved
