<br />and asked for a poll of Gouncil to see whether they want this propertyo
<br />After considerable discussion a poll was taken with the following result>

<br />The counc;il members presented thei.r reasans for voting as they did, and
<br />it was then decided to defer the question until the next meeting when
<br />there will be seven members in att.endana:e, and adeciding vote ean be
<br />cast,
<br />Mr. Mangani commented that the Sandy Ridge development. was approved by
<br />the Planning Gommission on February 23rd, with Sublot 93 reserved for
<br />street purposes far a period of three years, and with the condition
<br />by the Planning Commission that before any building permits are issued,
<br />another access be provided eontinuing Duane Road ttcs Ganterbury. Mr,
<br />DiBenedetto explained what is being done to meet this cnnditionr
<br />Mr. Mangani then asked fur legislatian apprdving the plat of Sandy Ridgeo
<br />Motion was seconded by Mx,. Leonard., "Yeas°" Casfier, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert9 Mangani.
<br />Mr, Limpert moved that legislatian be drawn in regard to the payment of
<br />hospitalization for bus empioyees. Motion was seeonded by Mr, Foltz,
<br />'°Yeas'° Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Nlangani.
<br />Mr, Leonard requested the. Legislative Gommittee tn make a study of conflict
<br />of interest laws to see if it is necessary as far as this community is
<br />concerned.
<br />President OPNez11 also re.ferred t.o the Legislative Committee for study a
<br />letter from the secretary of the Unamer.ican A,:°tivities Committee. There
<br />has been talk of disbanding, and vaz°ious commrunities have prepared resolu-
<br />tions and submitted them to Congress indicat.ing that they do not want to
<br />see this committ.ee disbanded,
<br />Mro Leonard announced that a Utilities Committee meeting will be held on
<br />Thursday, March 4 at 8°30, pn the agenda will be a request by the Service
<br />Director to consider the possibilLty of commerc°ial rubbish and garbage
<br />pickmup being discontinued.
<br />Mra Leonard also announce.d a meFting of the Liquor Permit. Committee ait 8000
<br />on March 4th, to meet with repr°esentait.ives from Shakey' s wr.th regard to
<br />a change in t.heir use of the1r permit.s, Mr, Z,eonard suggested that any-
<br />one who is int.erested in hearing the discussion at.tend the meetingo
<br />Mr. Caster set 9°00 P,Mo for a meeting of the Public Servic:e Committee on
