<br />Mr. Manganf aleo reported that he had receivrd a report from the architect
<br />hired to etudy the ure of the Sealtett buildfng for City Hall, and he is
<br />echeduling a medtfng on Thureday, Fabruary 18 at 7:30 for the Public Parke
<br />Cotnmittee.
<br />Mr. Mangani reported attending laet week's Plnnning Commiesion meeting when
<br />Great Northern hi-rtee wae presente,d and discurstai. The hf-rine ordinance
<br />required 3/4 of the parking space to be in a garage+, with the ather * in An
<br />off-etreet parking lot. The developere have requeeted a reduction on
<br />ineide parking from 212 care to 150 care. According to the experience of
<br />people who build and operate theee buildinge, the requirements af our hi-rise
<br />ordinance are not featible and there ehould be a vwriable farmula. The
<br />Planning Commiseion acaepted the proposal ae presented, pending appr°oval
