<br />They attended acommittee meeting on the 10% tax on water bills which had
<br />been proposed, They also sat im mn a meeting on anti-pollution c.ontrols,
<br />and met with the State Highway Department as to the passibility of
<br />accelerating IR 80 going thr-ough North Olmsted. They were assured that
<br />everything possible is being done, and they will also meEt with Cleveland
<br />representatives on this mattero Mro Gaster moved that legislation be prepared authorizing the Safety-.Service
<br />Director to have plans and specifications prepared for astUrm sewer° from
<br />MeKenzie Road to the ditch at the easterly end of Burns along Sautherno

<br />Mr, Caster reeommended that the Bretton Ridge l]evelopers be notified that
<br />the sanftary sewerage rate will be $4,93 per thousand cubic feet based nn
<br />the fact that this development will be using a part of the new trunk line
<br />system presently berng installed to reach atreatment plant in Park Ridge
<br />Development,
<br />The Law Director was asked to check and see whether additivnal legislation
<br />is required to enforCe the $4e93 rate, both as to Bretton Ridge and the
<br />Zone 3 sewerse Mro Kitchen will check it outo
<br />Mr. Caster requested that the Clerk be instructed to gend a letter ta
<br />the developers fn North Park that the rates are on second reading for
<br />their package plant, and asking that the rates be pasted in a conspie,uous
<br />place,
<br />Mr. Mangani moved that legislation be prepared setting up the new rates and
<br />rules for the Community Club House, the new rules and regulations to be
