<br />of special assessments for the purpose of constructi.ng sidewalks on Lorain Road,
<br />Columbia Road and Walter Road, and declaring an emergency, Mr, Cast.er moved,
<br />secanded by Mr. Mangani, that the rule requiring three separate readings of the
<br />ordinance be suspended. Affirmative vote thereon was Gaster, F'oltz, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West, Mr, Caster then moved seconded by Mra Mangani
<br />that the rule requbring reading of the mrdinance in its entirety be suspended.
