<br />secanded by Mr. Mangani, that the rule requiring three separate readings of the
<br />ordinance be suspended. Affirmative vote thereon was Gaster, F'oltz, Hodgins,

<br />that the rule requbring reading of the mrdinance in its entirety be suspended.
