<br />The special meeting was called to order by the president and roll was caYleda

<br />Also present: J. Bruce Kitchen, Law Director; W. L. Gerlach, Finance Director:

<br />Absent: Henry Caster
<br />The Clerk read the agenda for the meeting, as follows:
<br />Ordinance No. 65-5 - An Ordinance to amend Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance
<br />Number 64-329, passed December 15, 1964, and entitled "An Ordinance authoriz-
<br />ing the issuance of bonds by the City of North 0lmsted, Ohio, in anticipation
<br />of the collection of special assessments heretofore levied to pay the assess-
<br />able portion of the cost of constructing sanitary sewers in certain streets
<br />comprised in Contracts 4, 4A, 5, 6 and 8, and declaring an emergency".
<br />Resolution No. 65m6 - Resalution providing for an award of an issue of sewer
<br />improvement assessment bonds of the City of North Olmsted, OhYO.
<br />Resolution 1Vo, 65-7 - A Resc,lution declaring it necessary to improve Barton
<br />Road, Bradley Road, Mill Road, Broxbourne Road and Canterbury Road between
<br />certain termini in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by installing therein
<br />water mains and necessary appurtenances, and cieclaring an emergency.

<br />Council was polled by the President, and each councilman acknowledgaithat
<br />he had been notified twenty-four hours in advance of the special meeting,
<br />in additional to being notified verbally at the last regular meeting of
<br />Council, "Yeas" Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No, 65-5 was introduced by Mr, West. An Ordinance to amend
<br />Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance Number 64-329, passed December 15, 1964,
<br />and entitled '°An Ordinance authori2ing the issuance of bonds by the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, in anticipation of the collection of special assess-
<br />ments heretofore levied to pay the assessable portion of the cost of
<br />constructing sanitary sewers in certain streets comprised in Coatracts 4,
<br />4A, 5, 6 and 8, and declaring an emergency". Mr, West moved that the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings of the ordinance be suspended. Motion
<br />was seconded by Mr, Manganis Afffrmative vote thereon was Caster, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr, West then moved for sus-
<br />pension of the rule requiring reading of the ordinance in its entirety.
<br />Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani, Afffrmative vote was Caster, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Leonard, L,impert, Mangani, West, Mr, West then moved for adoption
<br />of the ordinance, seconded by Mr, Mangani. Affirmative vote thereon was
<br />Caster, Foltz, Hodgins9 Leonard, Lfmpert, Mangani, West.
