<br />the Mayor to enter into a contract with the City of Cleveland for the de-
<br />tention of prisoners of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergencye

<br />Under old business, Mr. Caster moved that Council instruct the Service Direc-
<br />tor to install a temporary culvert on Columbia Road from its present termina-
<br />tion on the west side of Columbia to inlet basin north of Sunset Oval. Mr.
<br />Eian seconded motion. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miller. Negative uote Prokasy and West, Motion passed.
<br />Mr. West asked Mayor Christman when Fitch Road wou)d be completed. Mayor re-
<br />plied it should be finished at end of this weeko Mr. West asked where we
<br />stand on Bretton Ridge dedication. Acting City Engineer Karhan said they are
<br />checking minor items and hope to get it done before end of yeare
<br />Under new business, Mro Prokasy requested lpgislation for the Repko Subdivision
<br />for record purposes onlye
<br />Mr. Eian said the SaFety, Health and Welfare Committee would meet October 17,
<br />8:00 p,ma, and they would like the Police Chief, City Engineer, Law Director,
<br />Mayor, Service Director and Fire Chief to attende
<br />Mr. Caster said there would be a Municipal Development meeting on Oct.8, 9:00 pemo
