Cauncil Minutes - 7-2-68 Page ° <br />"Ayes" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, MiYler, Prckasy, West abstained<; <br />Mro Prokasy requested that legislation be prepared approving the Emma Lim?eft <br />Subdivisiony to be on emergencyo <br />Mr. West requested that legislation be pregared in the form of aresvlutia.x <br />opposing the Muskie Bill now in Cangress, tc be on emergency. <br />Mro West requested that legislation be prepared to estabY.ish a petty cash fund <br />of $50 in the Police Department Detective Bureau, <br />Mro Miller requested that legislation be prepared resolving that North Olmsted <br />join the northeastern Ohio area-wide agency establishing a Council of GovErnments <br />and requested that the Law Director include a prosision that assessment to be <br />authox°ized to paid by the City shall not exceed the amount of $30,000 as set <br />forth in Article V of the by-laws. <br />Mro Miller requested that legislation be prepared, either revising existing SFC. <br />5170017 or new legislation be drawy, providing for a minimum storage charge of <br />$15.00 for shopping carts littering the right of way, plus SOC a day sto:age9 <br />and a maximum storage time of thirty days before they are disposed of. <br />Mr. West requested that legislation be prepared authorizing the Mayor to <br />enter into a contract with the Fiscal Agent for the purpose of appraising <br />Jvw? propertyo <br />z Mrm West requested that legislation be prepared authorizing the Safety-Service <br />Director to advertise for bids for a medium price car to be used by the Mayoro <br />Mre 'Caster requested that a resolution be prepared authorizing the SafetyTSErvYce <br />Director to advertise for bids for paving, etco, of the portion of Southern <br />Avenue from McKenzie to a point west of Decker. <br />Mr, Caster requested that a resolution be prepared authorizing the Safety- <br />Service Director to advertise for bids for paving, etco, of Southern, Decker <br />and Midvaleo <br />Mro Caster requested that a resolution be prEpared appointing an equaliza?ion <br />board to hear objections to assessments for pavingm9 etc9 of Southern, Decker <br />and Midvale. <br />Mra Caster requested that a resolution be prepared authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into an agreement with Cuyahoga County Board of Commissions for the replacement <br />af the Bradley Road culvert. <br />Mre West moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mre NLillero Aye, - <br />Caster9 Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, Westa The meeting was adjourned <br />to the call of the Clerk at 10:45 P.M. <br />1: ? ? • <br />' o? <br />Clerk of Council Franeis J.
