Great Northern Shopping Center featurirag the Baldvaira Wa11ace Summer Orchestra as the first in a series of concerts sponsor°ed by merrhants of the City. Then Saturday and Sunday, the 29th and 30th, an Art and Musical Fes- tival w9l1 be held in the Community Cabin in North Olmsted Park under super- visson of the Community Council, giving artists, craftsmen9 sMancers and musicoans an opportunity to display their outstanding abilitses and achievem ments o Safety-Service Director Del Limpert referred to his report to Council and asked ef there were any questions. Mrs. Hodgans, chairman of Liquor Control CommiGtee and Public Servece & Utilatses Commettee9 requested a Liquor Control Committee meeteng Tuesday9 July 29 7:15 p?m, She said she had attended a Public Service Waste Manage- ment and Equupment Show in Chicago recently, and had heard several speakers from the 9Vatsonal °festing Group speak. The Federal Government is getting anir,o thas €aeld and doing testing and may soan come up with recommendat9mns whoch well be of interest to us. Now a decisson has been made to go ahead. Also, the Duane Ave, emprovement came up at this meeting and Engineering Department is compglArag a cost estsmate on th8s improvement. Safety-Servace Director Limpect suggests there es a good possibility that Narth Olmsted will have the number cne posstaon next year in safety.
