<br />AdOW Noo 68-99, which had been introduced by Mr. Eian, was given its
<br />second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed
<br />with the demolition or removal of the Dwelling on Permanent Parcel Noe 232-3-16b
<br />Martin Drive, North Olmsted, Ohio.
<br />Resolution No. 68-103 was introduced by Mr. West. Resolution authorizing the
<br />filing of an application for financial assistance under the Federal Land and
<br />Water Conservation Fund Act of 1964 for outdoar recreation purposes, and de-
<br />claring an emergency. Mr. West moved for Suspension of rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eianz
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of

<br />North Olmsted Codified Ordinances by amending Section 529.06, entitted "En-
<br />ticing away a child under sixteen (16) years of age," and declaring an emergency.
