<br />AdOW Noo 68-99, which had been introduced by Mr. Eian, was given its
<br />second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed
<br />with the demolition or removal of the Dwelling on Permanent Parcel Noe 232-3-16b
<br />Martin Drive, North Olmsted, Ohio.
<br />Resolution No. 68-103 was introduced by Mr. West. Resolution authorizing the
<br />filing of an application for financial assistance under the Federal Land and
<br />Water Conservation Fund Act of 1964 for outdoar recreation purposes, and de-
<br />claring an emergency. Mr. West moved for Suspension of rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eianz
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of
<br />the Resolution, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hod-

<br />Ordinance No. 68-105 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance amending
<br />Ordinance No, 67-70 (Codified Ordinance Titled One, Chapter 15, Section 1501.0r01,
<br />Section 1501.0503 and Section 1501.1302, Sub-Paragraph A) enacted May 16, 1967,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved fpr suspension of the rule requiring

<br />Ordinance Noe 68-106 was introduced by Mr. Eian. f#n Ordinance amending the
<br />North Olmsted Codified Ordinances by amending Section 529.06, entitted "En-
<br />ticing away a child under sixteen (16) years of age," and declaring an emergency.

<br />Ordinance Noe 65-105, (Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted,
<br />Chapter 1513) entitled "An Ordinance to regulate blasting in the City of
<br />North Olmsted."
