<br />Mr. Caster moved to amend Ordinance No. 68-67,"An Ordbnance establishing
<br />rates to be charged to users of the North Olmsted Munecipal Sanitary Sewerm
<br />age System who are located in Olmsted Township, and declarong an emergencyo"
<br />He moved that the last two sentences in Section l.A. of ordinance be deleted.

<br />Ordinance No. 68-68, introduced by Mr. Caster, was given its second reading.
<br />An Ordonance amending tfi e Zone Map adopted as part of the Ordinance No. 62-33
<br />(known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the desig-
<br />nation thereon of certain land from its present designatoon thereon as "C"
<br />Residence Dostruct to Multiple Residence District.
<br />Mr. Caster mmved that June 25th, 8:00 p.m,, at City Hall9 be the date set
<br />for a Public Hearing on above mentioned Ordinance No. 68m68, seconded by
<br />Mr. Prokasy, "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, Westa
<br />Ordinance No. 68-81, introduced by Mr. Limpert, was given its second readingo
<br />An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map (Codified Ordinances Chapter
<br />305, Section 305.01) and the Traffic Control File (Codified Ordinances Chapm
<br />ter 3059 Section 305.02) by prohibiting standing, stopping or parking, at all
<br />times, on Lorain Road, and designating an automobile storage lane from the
<br />easterly munocipal boundry to the westerly right-of-way line of Barton Road,
<br />all wothen the Cety of North Olmsted.
<br />Ordonance No. 6$-82 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An Ordinance expressing
<br />Council's determination to proceed with the construction of lateral, trunk
<br />and interceptong sewers, lift station and appurtenance thereto in Zone 2
<br />and Zone 3 0f the general plan for the sanitary sewerage system of the Cityy
<br />authorizing the Mayvr to direct consulting engineers, Floyd G. Browne and
<br />Associated, Ltd. to furnish engineering services incodental theretoy appropri-.
<br />ating the funds therefore9 and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster then moved
<br />for the suspenseon of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. Prokasy. Affermatmve vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy,
<br />West. Mr. Caster then moved for the adoption of the Ordinance, seconded by
