<br />Mr. West moved that the Fiscal Officer furnish his certificate in
<br />connection with Ordinance No. 68-71. Motion was seconded by Mr.
<br />Limpert. "Yeas" by Caster, Hodgins, Lirnpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Mr. Gerlach complied with the request.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-71 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance
<br />authorizing the issuance of bonds by the City of North Olmsted for
<br />the purpose of purchasing two new busses for use in the operation of
<br />the North Olmsted Municipal Coach Line, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Limpert then moved for the suspension of the rute requiring
<br />three readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Caster,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. Limpert then moved
<br />for the adoption of the Ordinance, seconded by Mr. West. Affirma-
<br />tive vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.

<br />authorizing the issuance of bonds by the City of North Olmsted for
<br />the purpose of acquiring real estate for recreational purposes, and
<br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Prokasy then moved for the suspension
<br />of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West.

<br />of the State of Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster then
