<br />ing an emergency. Mr. West then moved for suspension of the rule requirmng
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote was

<br />Ordinance Noo 68s62Awas given its first reading. An Ordenarce repealing
<br />Chapter 713, Section 713.01 to 713•99, Part 7, of the Codified Ordinances
<br />of the City of North 02msted, Ohio, entitled, "Moteis and Motor Courts."
<br />Ordinance No. 68-63 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution releasing
<br />a bond furnished by the Fairway Land Company guarantee the construction of
<br />sidewalks in the Candlelight Subdivision. Mr. CastEr then moved for sus-
<br />pension of the rule requiring three separate readinqs, seconded by Mrsa
<br />Hodgins. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Miliery ProkaSy,
<br />West. Mro Caster then moved for the adoption of the Ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mrs, Hodgins. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgons, Miller,

<br />Ordinance No. 68-64 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its first
<br />reading. An Ordenance authorizing the North Olmsted Historocal Society
<br />to display f'or civic purposes City property consisting ot Horse-Drawn
<br />Hearse and a 1929 Seagraves Fire Engine.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-65 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins and given its first
<br />readinge An Ordinance authorizing a charge for commercial refuse collec-
<br />tion.
<br />Mr. Caster moyed that Councol approve the Mayor's appointments of Mro
<br />Bill Peck as Temporary Acting Recreation Program Director and Mr, Robert
<br />Stone as Temporary Acting Associate Director for the Summer Recreation
<br />Program. Motion seconded by Mr. Prokasy. 1eYeas" Caster, Ecan, Hodgins,

<br />Mr. Eian again emphasezed that it is necessary that Council act on the
<br />traffic control file. Safety-Service Director Limpert said he would like
<br />to reque5t that Council study "No Parking" and the common left-turn lanes
<br />to include from Decker out to Stearns and from 350' east of Zayres to
<br />City limits.
