A dascussion on this situation followed, alsa as to whether <br />these houses are actually a part of a sub-diviswan, h!r. Mangane feels <br />that the mere fact that it is a sub-lot makes it a part of s sub-divfision. <br />City Engineer Dutton feels this situation does requere legislateon. h1r. <br />Mangani stated he doPS not feel that individual home owners should be <br />?
