Also, legislation authorizing the Safety Service D9rector to take bids for a 25 yard Packer truck. Mrse Hodgsns mentioned work on the two entrances to Clague Park and was told it wall be done an next two or three weeks. Mr. Eian asked about the contract regarding wedening Dover Road - had it been advertised - was, told anticipate getting bids, might be advertised next month, Mayoc Christman ment4oned that surfacing on Lorain Rd, will not be done this yeare Stearns Rdo wi13 not be resurfaced this year either. Mr. Caster mentioned that the property owners involved in the storm sewers on Southern Avenue must be notified according to Ordinance 67-205 which appoints an Equalization Board to hear objections; also to have property owners' 1 i st veri f i ed by the Ci ty Engi neer. Mrs. Hodgins asked F6nance Committee about the Savacca & Edwards culvert between Wovdmere and Ge?sner Roads. This was put in the Finance Committee's hands. Mr. ManganB asked about the status of 252, Great Northern Blvd, and was told it would be finished abmut September lst. Mr. Eian asked about street lights on Evergreen and Bradley Roads. The CEI strike ha5 appac-ecatay held this up, since they are far behind because of strike.
