MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL

<br />Present: Mayor Ralph Christman; President of Council Francis J. 0'Neill;
<br />Councilmen Henry Caster; Carroll Eian; Dewey Limpert; Alexander
<br />Manganis John West,
<br />Also present: Safety-Service Director Del Limpert; Clerk of Cpuncil
<br />Margaret West.
<br />Absent: Jack Foltz; Virginia Hodgins.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-136 was given its third_.reading,.as amended. An Ordinance
<br />authorizing the extengion of automohile:storage_.lanes on Lorain Road west
<br />of Dover Center Road to Decker Road and declsring an emergency. Mr. Eian
<br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mr, Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster,
<br />Eian, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-188 was given its second reading. A Resolution authoriz-
<br />ing the City of North Olmsted to become a member of the Northeast Ohio
<br />Council of Governments, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. Manganie Affirmative vote was Caster, Eiany Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Mr. Caster then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative
<br />vote was Caster, Eian, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-193 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A Resolution accept-
<br />ing for record purposes only Harry L. and M. H. Geiger Subdivision and
<br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for suspension of the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative
<br />vote was Caster, Eian, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Mangani then moved
<br />for adoption, seconded by -Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian,
<br />limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No, 67-194 was introduced by Mro West. A Resolution authoriz-
<br />ing the Director of Public Service and Public Safety to advertise for bids
<br />for a replacement automobile for use in the Sewage Treatment System. Mr.
<br />West moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Limperto Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, LImpert,
<br />Mangani, West. Mra West then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert.
<br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Mr. Limpert moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Foltz and Mrs. Hodgins,
<br />seconded by Mr. Mangani. °'Yeas" Caster, Eian, Limpert, Mangani, Wtst.
<br />Mr. West moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Mangani. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Eian, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />The meeting was adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 8:17 P.M.
