<br />Ordinance No. 61-136 was given its third reading. An Orciinance authorizin;?
<br />the extension of automobile storage lanes on Lorain ltoad west af Dover Ceiifer
<br />Road to Decker Read and declaring an emergency. After discussion, Mr. Mangani:
<br />moved that the words "at all fntersections necessary" in Sectior_ 1 ue st'riekeci
<br />and the words "a common" be inserted between "that" and "left"o Motiora wa,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, Weat, The
<br />ordinance, as amended, will be on the agenda for a speeial meeting to h? ?eld
<br />on June 28, 19670
<br />Ordinance No. 67-147 was given its thix°d reading. An Ordinance amendirig (:od?f3_eci.
<br />Ordinance Title 1 by adding a new Chagter 107 entitled "Cade of Ethics". MrY
<br />Limpert moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Ma.ngani. Affirmative vote was

<br />with the State of Ohio to participate in the resurfacing of State Route #iu
<br />from the eastern municipaY buundary to the western municipal bounaary, and

<br />budget of the City of NOrth Glmsted for the fiscal yeaY° beginning Jauuary 1,
<br />1968, and submitti.ng the same to the Cou;nty Auditor and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. West moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings9
